Yes, e-collars are used as an advanced communication tool in our 35-day program. They are introduced thoughtfully and carefully to create off-leash reliability and safety. We are committed to using all tools responsibly and will fully coach you on their proper use during the go-home session.

Yes, you can absolutely visit your dog and in fact, we insist on it.. After the first behavior is taught, we bring the owners in for a check-in lesson so you can start to learn how to communicate to the standard behaviors in the same way we do. Check-in are non-negotiable and part of our program.

The program concludes with a detailed go-home session where we teach you everything you need to know to maintain your dog's new skills. We also offer ongoing phone and email support, and private sessions are an excellent way to continue working with us after the program.

In addition to this, we offer free and unlimited group classes to help you maintain your training once completed. This means a lifetime support!

The number of sessions depends entirely on your specific goals and your dog's needs. We recommend starting with a single session, and we can then create a customized plan based on your progress.

Private sessions are focused on your specific training goals. We can cover anything from foundational obedience and leash manners to addressing behavioral issues or advancing skills learned in a Board and Train program. A key component of these sessions is coaching you to become a more confident handler.

To ensure a safe and positive experience for all dogs, we require that all boarding dogs are house-trained, up-to-date on vaccinations, and have a good temperament. For the safety and comfort of the dogs in our care, our boarding service is primarily offered to current or past training clients who are already familiar with our routine and environment.

Your dog will enjoy a structured and enriching stay. Our day includes supervised playtime in our gated run every three hours, daily walks, and dedicated treadmill time to ensure they receive plenty of physical and mental exercise.
